It is with profound sorrow and a heavy heart that we inform our school community of the passing of our former Principal, Shri A. Vaman Bhat, earlier today.
Shri Vaman Bhat was a pillar of Nehru English Medium School. His unwavering dedication to education, visionary leadership, and deep commitment to the holistic development of students have left an indelible mark on our institution. Throughout his tenure, he nurtured a culture of discipline, academic excellence, and strong values, shaping the lives of countless students and inspiring generations of educators.
His contribution to the growth and reputation of our school will always be remembered with gratitude and respect. The legacy he leaves behind will continue to guide us in our pursuit of educational excellence.
As a mark of respect to his soul and to allow our school community to mourn this great loss, the school will remain closed today, February 26, 2026, for all students. The Principal and Staff assembled at School and conducted condolence meeting as a mark of respect to departed soul.
