The Kindergarten section of Alevoor Poornaprajna Public School glowed
with sunshine and smiles as our little ones celebrated Yellow Colour
Day on 12th July 2025. The event aimed to familiarize children with the
color yellow—a symbol of happiness, brightness, and energy.
Dressed in cheerful shades of yellow, the tiny tots looked radiant and
excited. The classrooms and activity corners were beautifully decorated with
yellow balloons, sunflowers, smiley faces, and bright cut-outs of lemons,
chicks, and stars.

of yellow-colored objects through play
- Craft
activities using yellow paper and paint
- Rhymes and
songs celebrating the theme of sunshine and joy
- Fruit-sharing
session featuring bananas, mangoes, and corn
Teachers introduced the children to the significance of colors in
nature and daily life through storytelling, group discussions, and hands-on
art. The theme was joyfully reinforced through coordinated dance, music, and
creative expressions.
The children enthusiastically participated in all the activities,
learning in a vibrant and engaging atmosphere. Their creativity and enthusiasm
were truly heartwarming.
A big thank you to our teachers and staff for curating such a delightful
and educational experience. The Yellow Colour Day was a glowing success,
spreading smiles all around.
